HOW DO WE FIND THE BEST PEOPLE?

1. We take the details of the role, agree on a day & charge rates, then confirm these by email.

2. Customers are introduced to our legal partners, who use qualified legal staff to analyse the role and make an initial status determination of whether the role is inside or outside of IR35.
 
3. Every role is immediately advertised on all the major job boards with the 91% inside IR35 determinations, making the roles far more attractive to potential candidates.
 
4. We build a detailed understanding of the role and the company:
 
Where possible, we talk to the line manager for this role so that we can get their take on what they need.

We check out the website for information that will help us sell the role.

The job spec is closely analysed to identify the key requirements of the role.

Using any available means, we investigate people who conduct the role in the company now and previously. We also check out people that do the same role for other companies.

Talk to our team and utilise their combined knowledge and experience to improve the searches.

5. Potential candidates can come from many sources (including but not limited to):
 

Our bespoke database is interrogated to see if we have a contractor available that is already on our books.

All major job boards.

Social media.

Multi-channel advertising.

Referrals from people we talk to.

Applicants from our multi-channel advertising.

6. Potential candidates are contacted using a variety of methods multiple times to ensure we reach the best possible talent:

Our team take their time to talk in-depth with all potential candidates.

They sell the customer and the role to the candidate to make sure they want and would accept it if they were to be offered it.

7. CVs are sent to the customer for candidates that have the qualities we feel might be right: 
 

We value fast and detailed feedback from our customers to guide our search and enable us to refine the selection process.

8. We organise all of the interviews, making sure candidates are well prepared and on time:
 

Feedback is an important part of this process, good or bad we always learn from it and use such to refine the search process.

9. When the right person is found: 
 

They are directed to our legal partners to complete their part of the process. 

A final determination is made, which is supported by financial and legal cover.

We handle the offer, getting a start date and resolving any queries.

10. Then it is down to the paperwork: 
 

Depending on the role, inside or outside IR35, the contractors and customers preferences.

We handle all of the paperwork and make sure everything is correct and in place.

The job is set up on our timesheet portal to manage the process smoothly and efficiently.

11. A dedicated Account Manager is allocated to the account:
 

The Account Manager will be your ongoing single point of contact for all of your roles.

They will manage the contractor and the timesheet process.
